Manage your connection safety controls and see the members you have chosen not to connect with.
Profile privacy
Your profile becomes visible only after administrator approval. Private contact details and identity records are never displayed in public match results.
Account security
New sign-ups verify their email address before a profile can be created. Your sessions expire automatically after inactivity and are rotated regularly.
Change password
Verify the code sent to your registered email before changing your password. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Other signed-in devices will be signed out after a successful change.
Contact safety
Private chat opens after an interest is accepted and both members have active membership. One contact view reveals the member number, family number and email together. Reopening contacts for the same member does not use another view. You can block a member from Connections or an active chat whenever you need to.
Blocked members
Blocked members cannot contact you. Unblocking closes the previous connection; either member can send a new interest later.
